ginseng is a los angeles-based, filipino-american musician that needs little-to-no introduction. widely known for his success as a producer, he is equally accomplished as the guitarist and vocalist of 'dream, ivory'. having just completed tour for their second album, 'about a boy', ginseng has been taking this newly-acquired free time to focus on a much more intimate project—one that expands on the electronic, nomura-esque world-building of his previous solo EP 'sucker'. on this currently untitled project, ginseng is somewhat nostalgic, yet clearly tired of holding back. reflecting on his success and having learned from his losses, line by line he constructs a utopia for himself and invites us inside to explore
